Job Description and Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Project Management/Delivery experience.

  • Excellent understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and project management frameworks; waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated project management & planning skills; balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills

  • Strong analytical & metrics management skills

  • Experience with Project Financials and Resource Management

  • Strong communication and verbal skills

  • Knowledgeable in Sharepoint and PowerBI

  • Experiences in developing and maintaining reports (eg. ad-hoc reports/excel reports, etc.)

  • Open to any shift schedule

On the job you will: 

  • Support the program and project governance and to comply with group and regional requirements on policy, DoA, risk and audit.

  • Ensure the execution an effective portfolio governance framework and project delivery process in conjunction with leadership on portfolio oversight & reporting.

  • Provide line of sight for all functions (i.e. risk, compliance, etc.) in project approvals and the portfolio pipeline.

  • Monitor, control and reporting progress at the portfolio, program and project level, to track and report the project portfolio.

  • Support the system to monitor project progress, financials and resource allocations, providing further transparency and supporting improved management decisions.

  • Provide regular reports on portfolio health including time, cost, scope and benefits

  • Improve project expense reporting including plan/actual/forecast across the portfolio

  • Drive portfolio change & learning, Support the use and compliance of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools / Support and drive improvements in processes
