Job Description and Qualification:

                     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance or equivalent.

                     At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

                     Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.

                     Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experience in a Shared Service industry

                     Required Skills:

o    Excellent command of the English Language both verbal and written

o    High level or competence, strong analytical and problem solving skills

o    Strong administrative and organizational skills

o    Strong level of accountability and professionalism

o    Customer focus, keen to details and performance driven

o    Must be Tech Savvy

                     Experience working in multi-cultural background is an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Adequate experience in using MS Office applications.
  • must be knowledgeable in all phases of a project management life cycle
  • to use computer applications software such as Microsoft Project to track project schedule development, project control, risk management practices and issues, and project documentation processing and archiving
  • must inspire and foster an environment of collaboration between different departments and co-workers
  • CAN START ASAP
  • Open to fresh graduates

Scope of work:

                     Handle the general project/administrative issue such as general security, administrative and secretarial work, procurement, logistics, travel arrangement, insurance claims, document control, office management, coordination with local subcontractors, and customer service

                     Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expedite reports informing work results

                     Attend project meetings and MOM preparation

                     Assist in office related coordination

                     Assist in all documentation/filing/travel preparation of the project

                     Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
