  • Ability to work in a production driven call-center environment
  • Familiarity with working with dual computer monitors (may be required to use dual monitors)
  • Must have basic typing ability
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows based computer environment
  • Must be able to multi task in a high-volume center
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Telephone/call center, pre-registration, and/or scheduling experience preferred. Two to Three (2-3) years of customer experience ideal.
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree and completion of related medical certification program desired
  • Familiarity with working with dual computer monitors. Must have basic typing ability. Must have working knowledge of Windows based computer environment.
  • Must be able to work in sitting position, use computer and answer telephone. Ability to travel. Office location is in Taguig City
