Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities

·        Develops, oversees and implements corporate compensation and benefits programs and policies that are aligned with the overall corporate strategic objectives

  • Manages the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within the company parameters and according to current legislation
  • Plans and implements the organization’s benefits strategy to meet the current and future business needs, consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position
  • Oversees compliance with statutory reporting and filing of requirements

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Human Resource Management or equivalent with five (5) years working experience in the related field.

·        Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, enrollment rules and benefit procedures.

·        Highly organized and process-driven, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship skills
  • Must be highly analytical, high in business acumen and financial analysis
