Job Description and Qualification:

·        Manage performance metric identification, selection, collection, analysis, and reporting to relevant stakeholders to ensure the attainment of the Unit’s business objectives.

·        Conduct root cause analysis to determine drivers of performance gaps and identify process improvement opportunities.

·        Document and control processes and policies according to set standards for the Life Operations organization.

·        Conduct regular process and quality reviews to assess compliance with set standards, validate effectiveness of change activities, and identify improvement opportunities.

·        Lead the design, execution, monitoring, and control of tactical as well as strategic projects to attain defined objectives (time, cost, and quality) and support the realization of committed benefits.

·        Develop and implement change management activities to ensure employee engagement and the attainment of operations transformation objectives.

·        Control the timely completion and compliance of system requests (SR), user-developed applications (UDA), test plans, and UATs

·        Administer the tracking and resolution of Issues as well as the effective identification and mitigation of Risks.

·        Manage the communication of the Unit’s performance, transformation activities, and strategic initiatives within the team and across business partners.

       Drive the resolution and delivery of the Unit’s support requirements from partners across and outside the Life Operations organization.

o   Build a customer-oriented and highly engaged team of Operational Performance Analysts, Quality Practitioners, and Project Managers with a strong bias for action and results.

o   Implement people management policies, programs and procedures for the work unit, including core people processes relating to training, performance management, professional development and employee engagement.
