Job Description and Qualification:

Drives the achievement of the IT's business objectives through the effective and efficient selection and analysis of performance metrics.  The job entails
  • provide regular update to upper management on performance management initiatives.
  • drive the management of performance metric identification, selection, collection and reporting to relevant stakeholders 
  • establish the governance and methodology for performance management across IT
  • collaborate with IT group heads in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • administer the tracking and resolution of issues as well as the effective identification and mitigation of risks.
  • support the resolution and delivery of the unit's support requirements from partners across and outside the IT organization.
Should be
  • Degree in Statistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related fields
  • Preferably Six-sigma greenbelt/blackbelt
  • Exposed in operational performance analytics and reporting tools (minitab, tableau
  • With skills in quality management and process engineering methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) tolls and systems
  • Highly customer-focused and results-driven
  • Can interface with people across level  

Salary:

PHP 1M – 1.9M
