Job Description and Qualification:

Leads the line members and assists the Department Head in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Control the center’s budget accordingly.
  • Accountable in the overall performance management and results of the PCD staff by coaching, mentoring and enhancing required business skill and knowledge.
  • Calculates the transfer price (TP) and send the invoice to relevant branches.
  • Coordinates with various departments in the preparation, submission and maintenance of required data for management and documents for examinations or surveys to be conducted by Head Office, regulatory authorities and external auditors
Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course
  •  At least five (5) year-experience in planning, 3 years of which in supervisory function gained from banking industry.
  • With background in international and Local GAAP. JGAAP would be a plus.
  • With experience in local regulations relating to banking (SEC, BIR, BSP, PDIC)
  • Above average Oral and communications skills
  • Good organizational and inter-personal skills
  • Sound analytical and management skills
