Job Description and Qualification:

·        Lead daily plant operations ensuring effective production output, product quality and on-time customer expectation.

·        Manage effective production, asset capacity of the plant including cost performance while maintaining quality standards of food distribution   

  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

·        Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

·        At least 8 to 10 plant operations experience acquired from large food manufacturing companies

·        Exposed to start up operations is an advantage

·        Preferably with knowledge on ISO/HACCP system

·        Can manage large team across levels

·        Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end to end and has a demonstrated track record of organizing and prioritizing deadlines and getting results

·        Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to multi-task
