Job Description and Qualification:

Plant Operation Manage

  • Provide leadership and direction that establishes, sustains and or maintains safety, quality, training and that improve the effectiveness of the organization’s resources. This focus will use Operational excellence, Quality Systems, and reduce costs and continuously improve quality of our product and services safely and on time.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training and development of all production employeesMaintains Finished Goods & Raw materials inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies of consumersEstablishing manufacturing quality standards by methods, facilities, policies and procedures by studying product requirements, obtaining engineering consultations, determining equipment and facility budgetDevelops production plan by coordinating requirements with warehouse and Marketing department.Prepares & Submit report on Weekly Production Performance.Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastage and maximum utilization of resources (machines, raw material and manpower).Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standard.Plan production capacities according to yearly sales projections.Prepares annual manpower plan. Makes sure all vacant positions are filled in coordination with HRD.Coaches and trains production staff prepares on job training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.Prepares yearly budget.Performs other duties that maybe assigned to him by the management.
