Job Description and Qualification:

The Pre Sales Engineer / Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing corporate customers. Proactively work with our account managers, steer and facilitate the effective and efficient collaborative pursuit of business opportunities by providing both solutions and industry expertise.


·To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.

·Support formulation and process activities to create presentations, develop proposals, present value proposition, participate in client facing meetings, interacting a complex selling environment (both internally and externally).

·Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.

·Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.

·Deliver training on solutions and provide product support.

· Work with Product Manager to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.

·Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.

·Ability to demonstrate the products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.

·Work under minimal supervision on pre-sales projects and assignments of diverse scope.

·Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes


·Must have Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science or equivalent.

·With Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork

·Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers.

·Knowledgeable about hardware products (Laptop,Desktop/PC)

·Outstanding negotiations skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

·Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

·Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

·Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

·Ability to work on Saturdays as needed

·Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

·With excellent interpersonal (both oral and written communication skills combined with a successful history of working with different cultures and directly with clients.
