Job Description and Qualification:

The Premiere Wealth Relationship Manager will:

• Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of revenue, TFA and customers numbers, in line with RBG aspirations and segment’s value proposition.
• Accountable for the development of the segment’s long term and market strategies for customers acquisition, migration and retention of affluent & HNW customers.
• Collaboration internal (i.e. SME, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Affluent & Mass, Trust, Global Markets) and external (i.e. ATR Kim Eng, Sunlife, Philam, Manulife, Prudential)  for synergies, tactical campaigns and product/ service bundle.
• Oversee and manage the business performance of Premier Wealth Banking business.
• Collaborate with CD to ensure deployment of Premier Wealth Banking strategies, campaigns and value proposition are implemented at the branches
• Increase RM portfolio - Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share; while managing attrition rate of funds
• Ensure profitability of portfolio - Focus and drive to deliver profitability to Premier Wealth through regular deposit products and fee income products such as investments and bancassurance
• Grow portfolio head count (NOC) - Client referrals and signup of family members
• Support the directives of the branches to provide internal value add - Close co-ordination with the branch heads to ensure direction and drive of RM efforts are aligned with the branch

The Premiere Wealth Relationship Manager must be:

- Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent
- MBA holder will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters 
- Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage
