Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description

  1. Perform a Root Cause Analysis
  2. IT Service Management Environment
  3. Identify areas for continuous service improvement
  4. Update Problem report system
  5. Ensure all problem records are recorded, assessed, and actioned appropriately.  

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant Delivery/Quality Assurance experience
  • Experience in IT Service Management environment is a must
  • Has a strong experience in Root Cause Analysis and Trend Analysis
  • Knowledgeable of the ITIL Problem Management process and procedures
  • Has strong documentation and technical writing skills, stakeholder management and communication skills
