Job Description and Qualification:

  • This role will actively support Process Manager(s) for design and documentation of  processes and procedures (where required) emanating from projects and change management. These processes and/or procedures are to be designed within the context of our over-arching Process Architecture Framework and they should provide an optimum customer experience.
  • As this role is integral to the design and maintenance of end-to-end processes, it requires a sound knowledge of how the underlying architectural components integrate and align with existing processes and procedures.
  • It also requires very strong conceptual, analytical, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, within an agile/scrum environment.
  • Establishing and monitoring effective relationships with business stakeholders is critical to ensure the successful delivery of the business outcomes.
  • Compliance - Adhere policies and complete all mandatory training requirements. Maintain an open and transparent culture by reporting all incidents.
  • Design & maintenance of integrated centralised process and procedure library in the ARIS tool to increase the awareness and understanding of E2E processes
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of process collateral in Project engagements
  • Provide support and guidance to the business on process and procedure design principles, tools and techniques
  • Sound knowledge of process architecture, linkage between process, systems, roles and products
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ARIS
  •   Minimum of 3 years experience in process design / process analysis
  •   Solid understanding of process and procedure design best practices
  • Well-developed Conceptual and Analytical skills
  • Team building, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
