Job Description and Qualification:
Job Description:
- Responsible for production process improvement and production process audit
- Monitor line process, machine condition and production method to maintain correct process flow and make sure that production line runs smoothly
- Conduct Failure Analysis (FA)
- Check and report for any changes and abnormality found on the workplace in relation to 4M (Man, Machines, Methods, and Materials).
- Practice Leadership by example.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Know how to perform quality problem investigation, Failure Analysis (FA)
- At least 3 years related experience
- Ability to give instructions and Leadership skills
Advantage:
- Experienced in chemical, ceramic and electrical parts Industry
- Knowledgeable about Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Knowledge about QC7 tools
- Knowledge about 6 Sigma
- Proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Analytical and can coordinate with different business units
- Knowledgeable in Statistics Method, Mechanical/ Electrical procedure is an advantage
