Job Description and Qualification:

Core Functional Accountabilities:
Has expertise to support the delivery of the business plan by ensuring Total Equipment Strategies (TES) are effectively deployed, reviewed and improvement opportunities identified and implemented.
Leads and implements improvement initiatives that optimise maintenance cost and equipment reliability to support the business plan.
Engages with the Operations functions, Supply, Finance and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to optimise maintenance performance.
Optimises the TES by working with Planning and Execution sub-functions in order to keep relevant, efficient and accurate.
Approves Master Data (MD) changes and ensures the integrity of the TES is maintained.
Sets criticality for plant and equipment in order to prioritise the Maintenance improvement effort.
Prepares business cases for initiating maintenance improvements.
Identifies and replicates best maintenance strategies and practices to improve performance.
Has lead maintenance strategy development to deliver equipment performance using reliability methodologies.
Experience in the practical application of maintenance strategies to meet risk, cost and operating envelope objectives.
Experience leading / engaging people and creating an environment of trust and collaboration amongst different operational teams / crews / shifts / suppliers / OEMs.

Graduate of any Engineering course
At least 5 years experience in heavy industrial / manufacturing maintenance environments
Exposure in process/strategy optimization
SAP experience is a plus but not required
Exposure in BPO/ Shared Services is a plus
