Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must have experience supervising a team.
  • Must be willing to work on a Night shift schedule.
  • Working with a Multinational Company and/or BPO Industry is an advantage.
  • Must be organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience coordinating with Foreign Stakeholders is a must.
  • Can start ASAP.

    • Will assist the Team Leader in managing the team.
    • Ensuring the accuracy of reports.
    • Analyze the spikes and dips.
    • Monitoring of team performance, task, deliverables.
    • Ensuring that all red flags are raised in  a timely manner.
    • Coaching and on-boarding training of new staffs.
    • Monitoring of IT bandwidth for continuity of operations.
    • Maintaining of hardware and software inventory.
    • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
