Job Description and Qualification:

The Procurement Support Analyst is responsible for various activities that support the procurement function that assist in PO hygiene and issue resolution, Accounts payable issue management, Leasing and Fleet administration support, Fleet Database maintenance and adhering to service level agreements. 

Job Duties:
• Research and resolve aged PO issues (issues around PO, Invoice price, qty received, etc.)
• Support Procurement team with process improvement system testing in Oracle R12
• Provide reporting support on spend data, leased assets, and other
• Maintain Fleet database
• Provide i-procurement support
• Provide i-supplier support

• Respond to inquiries regarding Fleet administration and other support
• Work with company personnel to resolve service issues using sound business acumen and financial judgment in decision-making
• Complete other ad hoc analysis, special projects, and duties as needed
• Help drive process improvements

Education/Experience:
• College degree (Bachelor’s or Associates) preferred; will consider 5 years recent Procurement experience in lieu of degree
• Must have 3+ years recent experience working in a procurement environment, issuing or maintaining POs, or other procurement related tasks
• Must be familiar with matching of invoices to various types of Oracle POs including blanket POs with multiple releases/lines/shipments required
• Excel skills required
• Oracle R12 AP experience preferred
• Professional oral and written communication skills
