Job Description

  • Manage and lead teams handling multiple portfolios with brand positioning
  • Handle program development and initiatives
  • Manage budget planning
  • Conduct market research to ensure relevant and accurate insights are used and considered in product development and marketing plans
  • Understand key consumer and business drivers in the various trade channels
  • Handle digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • conduct brand analysis, strategy formulation and, development execution of programs and activities in the marketing mix (i.e., experience in new product)


  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Must have at least 8 years of brand exclusive/combined brand and advertising experience, gained from local and multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical OTC industry (priority would be those who handled vitamins) with solid track record in marketing
  • Proven brand building accomplishments
  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Above average comprehension of Marketing Dynamics
  • Excellent critical and creative thinking ability
  • Keen business sense/Strong quantitative reasoning
