The Position

The Product Manager position is responsible for ensuring end to end product management from conception to launch and maintenance of consumer loan products, product variants and programs.

We are looking for Product Manager who will bring fresh ideas in the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We need our Product Manager to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges that are inherent in a hypercompetitive industry.

  • Implement, launch or maintain consumer products handled, including product variants, promos, incentives in support for business goals for the year.
  • Create, enhance or improve products, product variants, promos and incentives to capture the demands of the target segment and achieve business goals via coordination with the business, MIS analytics and other cross functional teams or external partners.
  • Monitor market trends & practices for the purpose of identifying any opportunities that the Bank may explore.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • With strong process background.
  • With experience in handling product marketing
  • Strong organization, communication and project management skills, as well as analytical skills to understand business/market needs
  • Marketing-oriented, with good marketing and process skills
  • Must be computer literate, hard-working and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams.
