Job Description and Qualification:

The Product Manager will be accountable for the attainment of sales targets through the development of marketing strategies and yearly marketing plans to be implemented by Field Force, ensures proper level of stock inventory and accountable for the responsible use of approved budget to support marketing and selling activities.


He/she will develop strategic marketing plan to assigned portfolio

He/she will build a comprehensive plan of action based on the approved marketing plan to be cascaded to field force

The PM will ensure analysis of market share, sales development, competitors activities and program executions in a timely manner

He/she will provide business forecast accuracy based on KPI standards

Moreso, he/she will manage the Advisory Board and KOL Development and Management as well as manage customer management both internal and external.


The PM will execute a launch process of a new SKU/product

What we are looking for: 


Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course preferably with  MBA

With at least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical selling or training or sales management and at least two years experience in pharmaceutical product management experience, with launch of new products being an advantage

Strong business acumen

Adept in MS Office

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
