As a Professional Medical Representative, you will join the GLP-1 Diabetes Business Unit, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2020. In this role, you will report to one of the Area Sales Managers in the following territories: Central GMA, North GMA, North Luzon, South GMA, South Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.



The Job
As an integral member of the field sales team of our GLP-1 Diabetes Business, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
  • Calling on health care professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstores promoting the product portfolio assigned to the role
  • Managing your nominated territory, including organizing and running Medical Education events
  • Working autonomously in field as well as collaboratively with the broader sales team and other stakeholders and with a strong business ethics mindset
  • Establishing relationships and business with key customers and building on this to generate further opportunities
  • Proactively identifying prospects for new business

  • Cagayan de Oro

Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in any Science-related course
  • Must have at least 2 years of Pharma Sales experience
  • Must have a strong will to win and a proven track record
  • Must be a high performer and successful in this role
  • Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience of the disease area (Diabetes and Cardiovascular) will be an additional advantage
  • Knows the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers will be an additional advantage
  • High business ethics mindset
