Job Description and Qualification:

The Job
  • As an integral member of the field sales team of our GLP-1 Diabetes Business, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
  • Calling on health care professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstores promoting the product portfolio assigned to the role
  • Managing your nominated territory, including organising and running Medical Education events
  • Working autonomously in field as well as collaboratively with the broader sales team and other stakeholders and with a strong business ethics mindset
  • Establishing relationships and business with key customers and building on this to generate further opportunities
  • Proactively identifying prospects for new business

Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in any Science-related course
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Medical Representative in local/multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Must have a strong will to win and a proven track record
  • Must be a high performer and successful in this role
  • Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience of the disease area (Diabetes and Cardiovascular) will be an additional advantage
  • Knows the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers will be an additional advantage
  • High business ethics mindset
