Job Description and Qualification:


Client Interface 
  • Develop and maintain close contact with the client’s program manager
  • Attend regular calibration meetings, if any 
  • Give timely updates especially on the session flow, CK portal and all other key information

Prior to Program Launch 
  • Attend kick-off implementation with John Clements team to finalize operational requirements of the program: 
  • Launch Proceedings
  • Prepare for the slides that consists of Zoom participants control, house rules, guidelines, agenda, program completion requirements, ALP evaluation criteria, etc. 
  • Program Completion Requirement

  • Zoom Meeting Link 
  • Familiarize Zoom features 
Program Launch
  • Discuss the zoom participants control, house rules, guidelines, agenda, program completion requirements and ALP evaluation criteria 
Prior to Program Session 
  • Confirm with Implementation that the zoom meeting link was sent to participants and discussion leaders 
  • Coordinate with the discussion leader on special requirements needed for session (break out rooms, file sharing, etc.) and coordinate with Implementation to enable it in the Zoom settings 
  • Prepare for the slides that consists of the Zoom participants control, house rules, guidelines and agenda
  • Make sure you have copy of discussion leader’s slides
  • Email rubrics to discussion leaders to let them know what competencies are being assessed 
During Program Session
  • Join the zoom meeting at least 60 minutes before session start time
  • Testing: Ensure that the PPT slides, video and audio of the discussion leader is working
  • 15 minutes before the session, flash the participant control, house rules and guidelines and play a background music 
  • Discuss the zoom participants control, house rules, guidelines, agenda and introduction to the discussion leader
  • Take note of the participation and send the list of names of those who are not actively participating to the discussion leader
  • Make minutes of the program 
  • In case that the discussion leader has problems sharing their slides, it’s the Program Manager responsibility to share the slides 
  • During the break, flash “time remaining” and play a background music 
  • Take pictures of the session 
After Program Session 
  • Send the recorded participation sheet to the discussion leader
  • Finalize the grading sheet and send to discussion leader for their comments and feedback
  • Prepare for the Program Manager report to be submitted and presented during the JCLI Excom on the following Monday, 3PM 

Cross Knowledge
  • Attend CK portal training and familiarize with its features 
  • Coordinate with the discussion leader and design team to complete the final activities for BlendedX
  • Proofread the final version of BlendedX and ensure smooth flow of the activities prior enrolling the learners
  • Send reminder emails to learners*
  • Remind the discussion leader to provide feedback on the learners' answers in the portal 
  • Monitor and track the learners in the portal*
  • Check key information about the learners*
  • Prepare reports from the portal for weekly updates 
  • Ensure progression of the learning path and call attention of learners who are behind the schedule*

  • At least 1 year program management experience in academic or leadership training field
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Highly Organized
