Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven working experience in Project Management
  • Experience in working for a leads management and campaign management system projects is a plus
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Willing to accept 5 monhs contract
  • Detail-oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planning
  • Prepares the detailed execution plan of the project (Work breakdown structure with cost equivalent) in coordination with all the SME's and teams involved.
  • Creates a resource allocation file base on the Work Breakdown Structure
Documentation

Maintains and regularly updates the documents in the SharePoint folder assigned to the project. Documentation of approvals should be included.

These documents* are:
  • Project Plan - with sign-off
  • BRD folder - with sign-off
  • Risk Register
  • Issue Log
  • Resource Allocation
  • Project Status and SteerCo updates - with minutes and materials used
  • Financial Tracking
  • Change Control Documents
  • Lessons Learned
  • Transition documents – with sign-off
  • Updated/Revised Process Documentations (with screen shots) as part of Handover Documents to BAU – with sign-off
  • Project Deliverables – with sign-off
  • Project Dependency log
  • Project Closure Checklist – with sign-off
*The list may be updated by the Project Governance Team as needed.

Project Meetings
  • Conducts Team meetings at least once a week
  • Conducts Project SteerCo meeting at least once a month
  • Ensures that Items for Decision are identified and accordingly decided at the Meeting (or if not, at least with agreement on action items with timelines identified for these)
  • Prepares the Project Update required for the Program Steering Committee meeting
  • Attends the Program Steering Committee Meeting
Escalation and Issue Resolution
  • Flags critical risks/issues for decision of the Sponsor or Project Steering Committee (forecasted delay in the schedule, increase in cost, issues with resources, and possible depletion of benefits)
  • Flags action items that are at risk for completion within agreed timelines
  • Provides recommendations to Project Sponsor for issue resolution options
  • Able to decide on issues that are time-sensitive and prove to be a showstopper in the success of the project.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborates with the stakeholders throughout the life of the project
