Job Description and Qualification:

The successful candidate will perform process engineering support as follows:

  • Lead or manage a project to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, to assist in definition of project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, to develop a detailed project plan, to monitor progress and accountability, to perform risk management, to establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders including vendors, to maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Development and implementation of operating plans based on best practices
  • Create an analytical process that justifies business decision
  • Capacity modelling which includes, but not limited to, work flow planning, space requirements, equipment layout & staffing models
  • Review service performance matrices and analyse service changes impact
  • Presentation of data/business proposals to Local or Regional senior management
  • Other tasks with the objective to ensure cost and service efficiency while enhancing customer experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 year's solid professional working experience in industrial engineering, operation management or analysis, network planning, project management.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good business acumen with attention to details
  • Creative thinking/problem solving skills with passion to drive improvement
  • Proficient with MS Office Suites, Visio or relevant process design/operation research software
