Client Overview:

  • More than 5 years’ of Telecom Network Rollout management experience with proven record of success
  • BS/MS Degree in Civil, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant fields
  • Having PMP certification an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (knowledge in MS Projects a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of the complete life cycle of the project: SAQ-CME-TE/TRS
  • Solid experience in delivering large-scale projects on-time, within/under budget, with a clear emphasis on safety and quality
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken

  • Good organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks

Job Description:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Network Services rollout projects from Site Acquisition to construction of Telecom infrastructure and Telecom equipment
  • Define the project plans and deliverables and coordinate the team efforts
  • Manage the project budget, control costs and track timelines/milestones
  • Monitor project and operational status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance to the project
  • Identify required resources and assemble project teams
  • Ensure proper coordination with the clients to see to it that expectations and requirements are satisfactorily met
  • Ensures timely invoicing and completion of project billing
  • Manage multiple customer engagements
  • Manage the customer relationship and proactively seek new opportunities with existing clients
  • Assist in writing and responding to RFP/RFQ's
  • Responsible for sourcing contractors and managing vendor relationships
  • Perform business case analysis and own P&L of the project
  • Anticipate project and team risks and solve complex challenges and conflicts
  • Develop initiatives and processes for the team’s improvement in performance
  • Foster team work and synergy among internal teams
