Job Description and Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and monitors training projects - from project conceptualization, coordination with client, needs analysis, implementation and post-training activities.
• Plans and conducts Training Needs Analysis activities with clients and prepares corresponding reports.
• Conducts necessary research and helps produce/ develop training materials.
• Helps Training Consultants in the preparation of training designs.
• Develops/ prepares training materials before training sessions.
• Attends meetings with Chief Consultant, takes notes and prepares Minutes of Meetings.
• Provides assistance to lead trainer/s (logistical and classroom management) and handles documentation during training programs.
• Writes post-training reports.

Minimum Qualifications
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in Training or HR work.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent oral, telephone and email communication skills both in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent command of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Flexible/adaptable (e.g. long hours, occasional work on weekends/mid-shift work, travel within Metro Manila/Philippines, handling different clients/industries).
• Passionate to get things done in a timely and excellent manner.
• A team player and able to give and receive feedback well.

Salary range: PHP 25,000 to 40,000
