Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Required skills:
    • Working knowledge of the Full Recruitment Cycle
    • Strong background in Sourcing in different job portals, Selection and Hiring process
    • Must have the following skills: Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Target Driven, can Multi-task and strong analytical skills
    • Experience in bulk or volume sourcing/hiring
    • Strong organizational skills, strong coordination, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to work in either Makati or BGC, Taguig
  • Open to work on a project based employment, possible extension.

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment
• Does timely sourcing, selection, and hiring of qualified applicants to fill up the manpower requirements
• Pre-screens resumes of applicants from different sources
• Administers pre-employment tests, evaluate results
• Conducts in-depth interviews and prepare necessary assessment and recommendations
• Background checks all qualified candidates, Conducts job offers
• Manage the on-boarding process of new hires
• Conducts New Hire Orientation with the help of the Talent Development team
• Monitors new hires for the first 90 days
• Coordinates with the Compensation and Benefits for payroll inclusion and other Support teams for new hires needs
• Responsible in creation of recruitment reports and document maintenance.
• Participation in recruitment activities such as commercial job fair, campus recruitment and event sponsorship
