Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related course
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal communication necessary
  • Knowledge of various sourcing channels such as but not limited to social media, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Monster, Targeted sourcing, etc.
  • Experience in collaborating with US counterparts and stakeholders preferred
  • Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Keen attention to detail

Job Description:

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in various job boards, recruitment sites, social media etc.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Gathers salary details of final candidates and submit to Recruiter in charge for job offer proposal creation
  • Schedules job offer
  • Facilitates pre-employment discussion, tracking and monitoring of new hire documents and submission to HR Specialist for encoding to HRIS
  • Tracks the pre-employment documentation of all new hires and ensure that all the necessary routines, pre-boarding documents are accomplished based on agreed standards
  • Accepts pre-employment documents/reports from new hire and vendors
  • Collates and endorse complete 201 file documents of new hire to HRIS to ensure proper on-boarding
  • Advises new hire on New Employee Orientation Schedule prior to start date
  • Encodes and updates the applicant tracking tool and ICIMS to ensure recruitment data are complete and accurate
