Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 10 year(s) of combined working experience in puchasing, inventory control, costing.
  • Has background in food service company (restaurants) preferably Japanese restaurants.
  • Can work in start-up company setting.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing food products, equipments, packaging materials and consumables        
  • Conducting price cut negotiations for all products on a regular basis, or suppressing price increases        
  • Adjusting the amount of food presentation, etc on the premise of budget control, and maintaining an appropriate balance between both customers and stores in conjunction with aforementioned      
  • Properly maintaining inventory of merchandise stored in the warehouse not to cause out of stock, deterioration of freshness, and expiration        
  • Establishing a route for products to reach stores at minimum cost        
  • Collaborating with IT section, registering information of all food products to an IT system and conducting logistics management        
  • Developing new products involving Filipino dishes, improving current products, and naming all of products        
  • Training subordinates (not immediately, after they are hired)
Planned work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-18:00
Salary: 55,000-70,000
