Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities

  • Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service and industry practice standards

  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action

  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings

  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

  • Design testing scenarios and test procedures

  • Perform daily tests and a continuous tests procedure

  • Industrialize the report procedure of issues 

  • Ensure all UAT scripts are aligned with Business requirements

  • Document internal analysis and quality assurance activities

  • Responsible for document management 

  • Support the product team

Qualifications

  • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience (minimum 5 years)

  • Was able to manage and lead a team (minimum 3 years)

  • Experience on testing App, Data, and Back office solutions

  • Attention to detail, organized and autonomous

  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

  • Excellence personal Communication skills

  • Possesses Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Experience in finance and tech industry is plus

Salary: 50,000 - 100,000

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
