Responsibilities:
- Provides quality observation and coaching each customer experience employee
- Facilitates Calibration Session
- Tracks and Sends calibration variance report
- Performs production and nesting support
- Completes minimum of 5 hours calls/Emails/Chat or as instructed by Head of Experience

Qualifications:
