Responsibilities:

  • Provides quality observation and coaching each customer experience employee
  • Facilitates Calibration Session
  • Tracks and Sends calibration variance report
  • Performs production and nesting support
  • Completes minimum of 5 hours calls/Emails/Chat or as instructed by Head of Experience
  • Weekly Summary

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in BPO industry is a must
