Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Quality Audit or Quality Management in a shared service/BPO industry or multinational companies
  • Has experience in quality audit, sampling, reporting, coaching and feedback
  • Working knowledge in general accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge in Source To Pay, Customer Service, Order to Cash, Record to Report
  • Passion to learn, and immerse to different processes to either financial or non financial domains of the organization
  • Experience in SAP and Ariba
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, macro)
  • Lean six sigma yellow belt is a pluss
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be keen to details, quality driven, can multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, and a fast learner
  • Capable to work from home with strong internet connectivity but must be amenable to report on site in Alabang if needed
  • Amenable for a midshift schedule: Working Schedule: 1PM – 10PM
  • Can start immediately
  • Open for 12 months project subject to extension

Scope:

  • Uses standard quality methods and tools while working with assigned business unit to audit, analyze the work processes and help address quality issues
  • Ensure to provide on all QA activities such as quality audit, sampling, reporting, coaching and feedback
  • Ability to work on deadlines
  • Consolidate and report all quality defects or non-conformity to the process
  • Provides analysis and proposed solutions on all QA findings and inferences
  • Initiates and lead Quality calibrations on a regular basis with stakeholders
  • Participates on special projects and performs duties as assigned
