• Conducts failure analysis on non-conforming products
• Performs audit on the process
• Leads investigation and improvements for non-conformity issues
• Gives instruction to the production regarding non-conformance that affects the quality of the products
• Handles customer complaint and conducts failure analysis on the returned failure sample.
• Review and provide judgment for incoming inspection of Rank I and II materials.
• Conduct manufacturing audit and internal audit quality audit base on the schedule plan.
• Support and participate on improvement activities.
• To oversee the completion and implementation of tasks assign to each QC members to attain the objectives set for QC section.
• Participate in customer complaint meetings and support group to facilitate fast  response to customer

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years experience in Supervisor/Management
• Has experience working in a Japanese company (Industrial technology)
• Preferably with a degree in Engineering (Chemical/Electrical/Electronics), Chemistry, Physics
