Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Recruitment and Administrative Support for the Recruitment Team
  • Must be willing to do Recruitment Admin. Core of the job is Recruitment Admin Support (70%). Recruitment (30%)
  • Solid experience in providing Admin Support for the Recruitment team specifically: management of trackers, facilitation of assessments, scheduling of interviews and invites, reference checks, onboarding, creation of logins and other adhoc tasks
  • Well verse in doing prescreening of candidates, paper screening and initial interviews
  • Preferably well versed with TALEO and SUCCESSFACTORS or similar systems
  • Must have strong Recruitment Admin Skills, Recruitment and Interview Skills, Organizational Skills
  • Strong command of the English Language. Strong communication and interaction skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Open to work on a project based employment (12 months) subject to extension
  • Capable to work from home, has strong internet connectivity. Tools will be provided.
  • Amenable to report in Alabang if needed


  • The incumbent is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for Recruitment. The role will cover the management of the Recruitment administrative work, and assist in the end to end recruiting activities from the kick-off of a requisition to on-boarding. In close collaboration with HRBP and Hiring Manager , the Recruitment Specialist will serve employees within countries in English, in several times zones, within multiple company sites and legal entities.
  • Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment. 
  • Participate in the roll-in of the selected countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2021 regarding Recruitment. 
  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
  • Manage administrative work such as reports management, assessment facilitation, pre-hire checks, etc.
  • Lead and manage hiring activities.
  • Manage the external vendors' performance and monitor completion of activities
  • Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
  • Pre-select candidate based in CVs and phone screening and provide hiring manager with the short list
  • Attend the kick-off call meeting
  • Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence. Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.
