Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment programs to enable and support the strategies of market expansion for agency sales including development of recruitment strategies, monitoring, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage national recruitment pipeline through the use of data and follow up follow through with agency field partners, through a national recruitment analysis report to support tracking & enable conversion.
  • Effectively track and generate reports that measures the effectiveness of all recruitment activities across all programs (financed and non-financed)
  • Performing tasks/special projects that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time (as needed)
