Job Description and Qualification:

Role Description
  • Initial assessment on basic qualification, either by paper or phone screening
  • Performs prescreening and language interviews when off site
  • Tracks and maintains applicant database
  • Process employee referrals
  • Calls applicants for prescreening and schedule them for onsite interview
  • Serves as the first point of contact to candidates and is responsible for creating good applicant experience
  • External advertisements through job portals, social media, etc.
  • Conceptualizes and creates job postings at internet portals
  • Resume mining from Job boards and other external databases
  • Job Fairs and other Recruitment Activities
  • Sends out emails or SMS to leads about current openings or sourcing events
  • Prepares end of day report based on number of applicants processed
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants; requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for Final Interview; informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Making arrangements/scheduling candidates for Hiring manager’s interview
  • Building rapport with the client and develop relationship
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment program

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource or related courses
  • more than a years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and demonstrate high degree of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Amenable to work in I.T Business Park, Cebu City
