Job Description and Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong academic standing. Graduated with honors or latin awardee.
  • Atleast 2 years experience in End to End Recruitment
  • Must have experience in volume/bulk sourcing and hiring for different levels
  • Preferably with experience in IT or Technical recruitment
  • Experience in an Applicant Tracking System is a must
  • Experience in sourcing from different job portals (ex: Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Etc.)
  • Experience in targeted selection and sourcing is a must
  • Can multi-task and work with targets (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Strong command of the English language both oral and written
  • Can communicate well with different levels of the organization
  • Must have high attention to details, highly analytical, organize and pro-active
  • Can work under pressure in a fast pace environment, can handle stress in an effective manner, and can work under minimal supervision
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Must be target oriented, driven and has passion for excellence
  • Has initiative, grit and integrity. Must be willing to learn and open for new challenges
  • Strong advanced Excel skills is an advantage
  • Can start immediately

  • Attains monthly revenue target.
  • Responsible in the sourcing of qualified applicants through the  Applicant Tracking System, social media, career portals and special search.
  • Conducts comprehensive and in-depth interview to evaluate applicant’s qualifications for client’s requirements.
  • Suggests systems, methods and techniques to streamlining of production workflows.
  • Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensures timely delivery of shortlists of candidates.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly production reports for the information of management.
  • Assists in the collection of all billings issued accounts being handled.
  • Personally meets with clients during production calls.
  • Suggests systems, methods and techniques to streamlining of production workflows.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Responsible in the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Collect and monitor pre-employment requirements of identified candidates before onboarding
  • Will serve as the point of contact for any hiring or pre-boarding concerns
  • Will work and communicate with different clients from different organizations for any hiring needs, updates or clarifications
  • Maintain own tracker and talent bank for reporting purposes
