Job Description and Qualification:
· Build the recruiting strategy and execution for Assessment, Selection, and Training program. Responsible for finding and growing the company’s talent base in the Philippines that will impact the success of the Archive Communities product.
· Responsible for scaling the revenue generating function of the business by developing effective recruitment process as the business grows.
· Building recruiting programs that enable the growth of a business critical department.
· Managing a hiring and training engine that continues to scale with the growth of the company.
· Identifying recruitment sources that will improve quality of talent pipeline
· Building out supporting process for the Assessment and Selection program.
· Develop onboarding and training programs for new hires.
· Establishing our recruiting brand in the Philippines.
· Over 5-7 year experience in Recruitment and talent management acquired in IT, fintech and other young, dynamic multinational industries.
· Experience building and running efficient recruiting processes
· Setting goals and hiring plans based on growth targets
· Experience working with data and spreadsheets
· Onboarding or L&D experience (not required, but a plus)
