Job Description and Qualification:

Recruitment, Selection and Hiring

1. Experienced with end to end recruitment process up to job offer. 

2. Able to recruit and close multiple opening of up to minimum of 10 positions per month. 

3. Experienced conducting behavioral and situational interview. 

4. Able to maintain accurate candidate database. 

5. Able to manage hiring manager expectation in recruitment timeline closing. 

6. Experienced recruiting for BPO positions from staff level position to manager level. 

7. Familiar with different industry best practices and different recruitment strategies to ensure qualified candidates are hired within agreed recruitment timeline.

8. Assists the HR Manager in the Recruitment initiatives of the BPO group of the Company, ensuring recruitment processes and approvals are followed and obtained across Business Units.

9. Ensures all candidates hired follows Engagement specific budget and approvals are secured for outlier candidates before any offer is extended.


1. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

2. The candidate must be open to change management as the company is fast expanding and is growing at a rapid rate.
3. The candidate must be open for growth and is passionate as an HR Professional.
4. Can work under minimal supervision and able to work on multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment.

Job Specifications:

1. At least 3 years HR experience preferably in the BPO industry.

2. Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
3. Can work in a high level environment 

4. Able to handle multiple openings from different LOB

5. Can work in Mckinley West Taguig

Salary: PHP 30,000
