Job Description and Qualification:

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment & selection processes
  • Advertise and source potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Job boards, Social Media etc.)
  • Works with Hiring Managers in selecting the right candidate, job offer presentation and on-boarding
  • Handles recruitment agencies
  • Organize events like job fairs and other recruitment activities
  • Prepare Recruitment reports to the management
  • Ensures continuous pipeline of candidates through traditional/non-traditional recruitment method
  • Promotes strong employer branding
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or the like
  • At least 3+ years Recruiment experience in a BPO/Shared Services Industry
  • Has exposure in recruiting for Finance & Accoutnting, IT and Administrative roles
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Digital mindset
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Currently work from home
