Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field
  • With 5 years of managerial position in sales and 10 years solid overall experience in sales
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshopsseminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoringcoaching and people management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and great time management skills
  • Responsible and strong sense of ownership
  • Willing to be trained locally and abroad
  • Must have a registered driver license with 1,2 restriction
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth, hit sales targets and manage trade accounts receivables by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face. / Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. / Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
