Job Description and Qualification:

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be primarily responsible in overseeing regional sales activities, ensuring growth in revenue, and in charge of improving business sustainability through retention programs & productivity management. The role will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationships with bank partners and other stakeholders, and grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and establish good relationship with the bank partner to generate and increase more sales
  • Manage a team of Area Sales Heads (ASHs) to ensure delivery of hitting sales targets and other related business activities
  • Enhance the selling skills, hone talent and professional comprehension of each FSCs in the area through training and field work
  • Makes use of different managerial techniques to guide and establish FSCs potential to reach maximum growth
  • Conducts pocket briefings and trainings for the team members

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Minimum 5 years or more solid managerial sales experience in insurance (Bancassurance) is required
  • Can speak the Cebuano language
  • Highly energetic, creative and keen in attention to details.
  • Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
  • Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization,
  • Excellent planning and execution of initiatives
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skill
