The Relationship Manager supports the Banking Center Group in terms of revenue generation and profitability. These two functions are core to the achievement of our overall business goals.

Job Description and Qualification:

Specific Roles:

As a member of the Banking Center Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing the business potential of new and current accounts and maintaining effective relationship engagement through account planning, account profitability and risk management tools.
  • Preparing credit proposals and presenting clear information on the account’s operations, market, management and financials, as well as defining and mitigating risks involved.
  • Preparing account plans and profitability analysis.
  • Cross-selling of other bank products to maximize the source of fee-based income.
  • Proper account management through regular business visits and ensuring that required documents are completed. Also prepares call reports and timely annual reviews.
  • Being updated with the Credit Policy to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies.
  • Maintaining credit quality through early identification of problem accounts and preparing early alert report with a specific action plan.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management in commercial lending
  • Proven ability in maximizing revenue and increasing market share through effective marketing and relationship management skills
