Job Description and Qualification:

The Position

The Relationship Manager is responsible for soliciting and managing accounts within the target market of the Corporate Banking Group and that of the Bank. It ensures desired profitability is achieved vis-à-vis the risk profile of accounts.

We are looking for Relationship Managers who will bring fresh ideas in the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We need our Relationship Managers to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges that are inherent in a hypercompetitive industry.


  • Identification/Marketing of new accounts within the target market of the Group
  • Maximizing the earning potentials and business growth from existing accounts
  • Working with other units of the bank for cross-selling of other bank products to maximize source of fee-based income
  • Ensuring that credit exposures and bank products and services are appropriately priced to meet the Bank’s standard and criteria on return on capital
  • Keeping himself/herself updated with the Credit Policy and its revisions/enhancements to ensure compliance with Bank’s credit policies as well as other governing policies for transactions that are processed and recommended
  • Benchmarking/Networking with other banks’ Account Officers to gather vital information with regards the account as well as industry practices in general


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidates should have at least 7-8 years of related experience
  • Has experience in Corporate Banking
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
