Job Description and Qualification:

Job Purpose:

·        Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of revenue, TFA and customers numbers, in line with RBG aspirations and segment’s value proposition

·        Accountable for the development of the segment’s long term and market strategies for customers acquisition, migration and retention of affluent & HNW customers

·        Collaboration internal (i.e. SME, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Affluent & Mass, Trust, Global Markets) and external (i.e. ATR Kim Eng, Sunlife, Philam, Manulife, Prudential)  for synergies, tactical campaigns and product/ service bundle

·        Oversee and manage the business performance of Premier Wealth Banking business

·        Collaborate with CD to ensure deployment of Premier Wealth Banking strategies, campaigns and value proposition are implemented at the branches

Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:

·        Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent.

·        MBA holder with be an added advantage

·        Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino

·        Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding in the subject matters

·        Self-driven and possess strong presentation skills

·        Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities

·        Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage
