Job Description and Qualification:

The Relationship Manager will operate the strategies of the Career Services Office, establishes and cultivates relationships to facilitate the talent attraction program counseling and recruitment activities.

  • Crafts and executes business development strategies that would continue to make the CSO competitive and updated in terms of job placement and career development services for the graduating students.
  • Builds and broadens local as well as international corporate relationships and partnerships, fosters employer engagement and facilitates endorsement/ recruitment of graduating students.
  • Seeks and facilitates participation of industry partners in various career and professional development activities.
  • Establishes valuable relationship and trust among students through the co-facilitation of one on one career coaching sessions as well as group career learning sessions.
  • Oversees the team's productivity and high performance.

  • Bachelor's Degree/ preferably with MBA.
  • With good knowledge in Business understanding.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of account management, sales, marketing, business development, project management and customer service. 
  • Experienced in Counseling or Coaching.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
