Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Meet and maintain weekly sales conversion targets in accordance with company’s KPIs
  • Attend, report to and participate in sales meetings, report on competitor trends and help develop local sales strategies that meet the challenges of the market
  • Ensure that administrative systems are up to date and accurate at all times and data input protocols are observed and adhered to
  • Maintain accurate invoices, documents and customers files
  • Ensure all costs are clearly detailed to customers and collected prior to removal date (unless approved corporate account)
  • After the call, prepare costing sheet, calculate the measurement and depending upon destination, cost the job or send a cost sheet to the appropriate internal party/ies
  • Prepare and present formal quotations to clients, using indicative selling techniques and structured approaches to enable successful negotiation with the customer

Customer Service
  • Call on clients in their homes to meet the pre-arranged appointment times
  • Upon receipt of a confirmed survey appointment, prior to the physical appointment, being prepared to include destination office information and sales aids such as destination guides.
  • Complete a detailed inventory of effects to be transported which allows the accurate calculation of the cubic capacity of the goods.
  • Present the company’s services by way of brochures, discussion, demonstrations and the use of the presenter in the most positive light, selling the benefits of our service, our company, and its network worldwide.
  • Utilize value based selling skills and methodologies that clearly differentiate .
  • Ensure each day is well planned geographically to maximize all opportunity whilst satisfying the demands of our customers.
  • Regular follow-up to ensure the booking of Residential Sales through negotiation and use of value add and up-selling techniques.

Professional Knowledge and Skills
  • 1-2 years sales or marketing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of selling psychology
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Secondary education certificate, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Will be assigned both in BGC and Laguna offices
