Job Summary:

The Revenue Integrity Supervisor is responsible for the workflow of the Revenue Integrity team, overseeing their daily duties. They will supervise and provide oversight of employees and programs in their department. The will also assure compliance of documentation for charging purposes. The Revenue Integrity Supervisor will positively interact with co-workers, managers, directors, and ancillary department staff. Finally, they may have contact with senior hospital executives, attorneys, circuit courts, and auditors.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Revenue Integrity team functions effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supervision of Revenue Integrity team members and oversee daily workflow
  • Perform Internal Audits of all revenue producing departments, compile statistical findings, and report results to department management
  • Attend, facilitate, and actively participate in the monthly meetings and daily huddle of the Revenue Integrity department
  • Perform quarterly quality audits of team members and follow up with education
  • Review daily productivity data to assess team member performance and identify areas of education opportunities
  • Perform or coordinate training or re-education to staff as needs are identified

Qualifications:

  • Required Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare account
  • Experience with CDM and Charge Capture
  • Moderate understanding of the Revenue Cycle such as: PA, CM, HIM, Coding, AR and Revenue Integrity interdependencies
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Amendable to work in BGC
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule
