Job Description and Qualification:

As a Salesforce Data Enrichment Rep on the Go To Market Operations team at Zendesk, you will be responsible for calling Zendesk customers across various global locations to obtain company information and update that information in Salesforce. This person will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Sales Operations APAC and be seated in our Manila office.

● Cleanup of existing data in Salesforce
● Data entry of new information into Salesforce, as necessary
● Cleaning up all duplicate information
● Correcting Contacts and Account information
● Verifying data associated with each Account and Contact via Google search
● Phone existing customers to acquire additional company data

● 3+ years of extensive use of Salesforce
● Data entry/cleanup experience
● Solid time management and organizational skills
● Regular report generation and analysis
● Comfort making phone calls to clients around the world
● Flexible in shift work as you may be required to work different hours depending on language skills

---- Spanish, French, German, and Japanese languages required
